It's in the nineties here now with severe thunderstorms forecast. I'd welcome the rain, although I did carry water to all my potted flowers and vegetables. I'll have to drag the hose out for the others if we don't get the rain.
I could mail you the protein powder if you want to try it but can't find it - or you could probably order it online.

I've never looked for the protein powder at a grocery - I just ran across it at the local Wal-Mart (department store). It comes in a large plastic jar and there are several brands. My doctor told me to use whey protein rather than soy protein due to some medical issues I have.
We had some rain here the day before yesterday and storms are in the forecast for tomorrow. Our temps have been in the 90s, not normal for NE Ohio this early in our summer.
