Just trying to rally up some of my sparkfriends to try to get the flame going again!! I have fallen off the wagon and need to get back on track. Wanted to see if you were still on spark. I hope you are doing well. Miss talking with you!

Frustrated with my body. Lost 2 lbs last week and then back up again this week. :( So tired of my body and its refusal to loose. Frustrated by myself for getting depressed by it. Depressed to go in my closet with so many clothes not fitting. :(Not having a good week.

So I did the math and it should take a year of no stressing loosing weight at 1lb a week. Oh how I would like it to come off faster but I can appreciate the knowledge so I don't expect/dream of being at a place I can't physically do. Now, I will not complain about loosing more than 1lb a week. We shall just weight and see.

Week 1 down. So I went to the dr. About a rash on my leg and of course I had to step on the scale at Dr offices. Always weigh more due to let appointments, clothes etc. Turns out that the scale was less than I thought it would be. It gave me hope that I lost this week. Nope, weighed myself this morning and found I gained a pound. I know I was not perfect by any means but I had exercised more, snacked less and drank more water. Personally I am blaming my period and hoping for a change next week. I am going to stay focused on the positive changes I have made so far and continue to the journey. Like getting 20 minutes of exercise in. Woohoo :)

So I am back on the journey to getting my weight down. I have started logging my food, choosing and thinking about what I eat and starting to exercise again.

My goal right now is to put Exercise on my to do list everyday. No set amount of time. No particular exercise. My goal is to get in 10 minutes in here and there during the day. Some days it works some days it doesn't. The key for me is not stressing over it where I will then just give up.

So far, I am doing good. Stay tuned to see how it is going.
