Recovery

My goal is to return to (and surpass!) my pre-pregnancy fitness level. That means 1) Lose 30 pounds 2) Get back to being able to run 3 miles like it ain't no thang and 3) Addressing the chronic pain in my hip that started with my daughter's birth. Whew! I feel like that's a tall order!

Goal #3 accomplished! I just had surgery on my hip. Everything went well ... Now for the recovery part...
