Last First Day
My daughter was born on May 30, 2012 after a pretty easy labor and delivery. Recovery, for me, has not been easy at all. I developed a pulmonary embolism which has forced me to re-evaluate my goals and timelines.
I now want to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle not only for Munchkin and myself, but also so I can have more children without major risks.
Once I am cleared for exercise (however minor it may be), it is on!

I am 24 years old and tired. That should be an oxymoron, right? I am working hard on making this my last "first day" of dieting, first day of starting over. This time I WILL change my life.

My Program:
I am taking things one day at a time. I start fresh everyday, and try not to let the past bring down my present.
I am trying to eat completely clean.
I am going to try to walk 3-4 miles a week.

I am an Army wife. I am originally from the great state of Texas. However, the Army and my husband have recently moved our family to upstate New York. Hello snow!
