My Program:
Tracking EVERYTHING! I am doing food, water and fitness. Work on staying within ranges on my nutrition tracker. It makes me more aware of what I put in my mouth and encourages me to make better choices.
Personal Information:
I live in NC and am a wife and mother. My family loves me "just the way I am", which makes changing my lifestyle very difficult.
Other Information:
I love to camp. I eventually want to backpack and have dreamed of hiking the Appalachian Trail. I want to go white water rafting.
