My Program:
Tracking EVERYTHING! I am doing food, water and fitness.

Work on staying within ranges on my nutrition tracker. It makes me more aware of what I put in my mouth and encourages me to make better choices.

Personal Information:
I live in NC and am a wife and mother. My family loves me "just the way I am", which makes changing my lifestyle very difficult.

Other Information:
I love to camp. I eventually want to backpack and have dreamed of hiking the Appalachian Trail.

I want to go white water rafting.

Thank you so much for reading my blog, I really appreciate it! And when you wrote "It's all about the long term" it totally hit a nerve. My entire journey has been about sustainability. That's why I only workout 4 days a week, and that's why I will NOT cut ANY food out of my "diet." Thank you SO much for "slapping" me in the face! emoticon
