To complete my first marathon!


My Program:
My marathon training.

First, train for a 5K, then start 1/2 marathon training, running into a 30-week marathon training schedule.

Abs and other strength training is also in the mix for cross-training, as well as yoga a few mornings a week to keep the kinks at bay.

Log my food intake here!! Daily!!

Personal Information:
I live in beautiful Victoria, BC where you can run outside all year long (even if some days you get a bit wet). And where there are great trails to hike and way too much good food to eat!

Other Information:
No excuses, but no regrets...just keep moving forward.

Welcome to Focus T25 and good luck. I love your cats Elliot and Jasper they are adorable. I'm in the fourth week of T25 and I really like this program. My last few blogs may not reflect that but I'm taking into account all the changes I'm implementing. Clean eating, working out everyday,& getting enough sleep. I think with everything I just hit the wall and need to work thru it and this is the program for me to do that. emoticon
