Whatsup bro? How's the training going? Was supposed to do some sparring with the focus mitts today, but totally got side tracked with some personal issues. Definitely need to make up for it now haha.

Hi, ERWABO. I notice that generally speaking, men don't participate much in co-ed P90X Sparkers, but men communicate plenty in 50+ Males. I started a team called P90X Men for men only, thinking guys doing P90X might exchange a lot more in a men's only group. I invite you to check it out, huddle with the team, and see if there are any threads there you'd like to join or if you'd like to start a thread of your own. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Hi There,
The reason I sent back Insanity was 2 fold.
1- I didn't think it was fun, and I dreaded getting up in the morning to do it.
2- I am 57 yrs old and found some of the moves very challenging.
I dit it religiously for 2 weeks and the pounding it took on my body was not worth it.
Hope you have great luck with it.
I have found Turbo Fire much more my speed and interest with the kickboxing emphasis.
