It has been since June since I updated to I thought I would check in with you all today! Hey, why not?
I am working hard every day to reach my goals! I have just become a BEACHBODY coach(last week) and I am very excited about this new path in my life. I am getting settled and can't wait to share my story and my success with everyone around me.
It has been a hard year for me, today is the anniversary of my sister's death. I struggled a lot throughout the year, and I have finally found my way back to myself over the past few months. My fitness commitment to myself is one of the main reasons I am now in a good place. That hour a day I get to concentrate on myself and work towards my end goal makes me feel wonderful. I am still on my weightloss journey but thanks to the time and effort I am putting in I know I will get there.
A major key to my success is Turbo Jam! It is a VERY important part of my day! It has gotten me to where I am right now. I put my all into every workout and look forward to the next one. I was NEVER like that! I was one of those girls who hated going to the gym. I always wished I was one of those skinny girls that never had to do anything and could eat what ever they wanted. But, I am so not one of those girls. So I need to bust my butt to make progress. With Turbo, it is effortless for me. I put in 100% and I have a great time doing it. By the time I start, I am DONE that is how much fun it is for me! Not to mention the sweat that pours down me. This workout has been by far the best gift I have ever bought myself!
Along with Turbo, I have been doing ChaLEAN Extreme. It's a killer strength workout! But it is effective! I am getting stronger everyday! And with three little ones, I need all the muscle I can get! lol!
My life has turned around since the 1st of the year and I am so grateful for that. If I hadn't put the effort into myself I don't know what I would be like now. I made myself a priority. That was the 1st step I took in finding my way back.
Spark is an amazing site and I am forever grateful for the support I have gotten from team mates and friends here. There are so many wonderful people here. Support & Motivation are a key to my success, as I am sure they are a key to yours!
I have been eating GREAT and drinking my Shakeology for dinner (YUM!). This combined with my workouts, I know I will reach every goal I have for myself. It may take a good amount of sweat and tears but I know I am worth it!
I WILL succeed in the end....Just like I know YOU will!

It has been about a year since I have updated my profile text, so I figured now is as good a time as any!
It has been a rough year for me. With a lot of good and a lot of bad.
My hubby and I ALMOST seperated, I ended up having terrible Vertigo for 3 months, and my sister(and best friend) passed away.
This all took a HUGE toll on me and my weight. I was able to reach my goal weight of 135 in November, right before my vacation. I hadn't seen 135 in a VERY long time and it felt so good!
After my vacation, things started to spiral down for me. My sister started getting worse and worse (from Skin Cancer) and I was also feeling ill(I was out of work from Feb 5-May 16th). Being home all day, was hard. My workouts stopped, my eating picked up and before I knew it, with all the stress, I had gained my weight that I worked so hard at losing back...and then some.
I have been trying so hard since I got back to work to work on my eating habits and exercise program. I will say I have done pretty darn good at working out 5x a week, but the eating....that is another story. I have good days with eating, and bad days. We have also been terribly busy at our house, which equalled alot of eating out, and bad choices. I kick myself all the time over this! I am not great at handling stress, and I use eating as my way out.
I see myself eating....and think I will worry about it later.
WELL, that later is now! I am worried, my nice small clothes don't fit, and my chubby clothes don't fit. I REFUSE to buy more clothes. So, it is my time to get out of this rutt and work on me.
I have been so worried about everyone else, after the passing of my sister, that I forgot all about me.
I started over this week, and I will say I am so glad my motivation is back! I missed it! It has been awhile where I have felt this good about my program.
We are all human, we all make mistakes, I am just lucky that I can start over with a fresh new day.
I am making today my day.....and sieze it!
*I am looking to loose 30 lbs. by spring 2010.
*I would like to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle.
*Workout at least 5 days a week (3 strength days & 5+ cardio days).
Right now what I am doing to aid my weightloss is:
-Tracking my foods and workouts.
-Staying within my calorie/fat/carb/protein ranges for SPARK or by using Weight Watchers & having a Shakeology shake for dinner. Also, keeping track of my Bodybugg nightly!
-Working out at LEAST 5x a week. My programs include:
*Turbo Jam (my FAVE!)
*Jillian Michaels/Biggest Loser workout dvd's
-Making healthier choices when it comes to food.
I currently live in Clinton, MA. I have 3 beautiful children. 2 girls, Emma and Ava, and 1 boy, Camden. We also have 2 pups named Pipsie and Piper. I have been married since December 2001.
I am also an Independent Beachbody coach. I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing my story!

MUSIC: I love Lady Gaga, 30 Seconds to Mars...actually, I like just about anything!
HOBBIES: I love to read, watch movies/tv, and scrapbook (when I get the time)!
