Way to a healthy lifestyle

Hi All..
My battle with weight loss and healthy lifestyle is lifelong and worst part is its still a battle.
I have been on and off in some diet or exercise program and have short lived part of my life where i lose and remaining when i gain and feel bad about it .
So almost 30 and i so want to nail it this time by making it actually a lifestyle than a season thing.
So I am here as i need some help in this journey to stay motivated and focused and with Hope that yes i will ...

My Goals:
Goal to start a healthy lifestyle by -Getting into the acceptable BMI Range, Discipling myself with healthy eating and fitness activities.
Mini goal
Lose 10 pounds in 10 week

Tracking -monday

My Program:
Track my calories and learn to moderate my portions and cravings
To start a loving relationship with the term Excercise -doing atleast min 5-6 days a week
1. 4 Cardio day
2. 2 strength training day
3. enroll myself for learning something fun :)
4. Walk 30 min for 5 days

Personal Information:
I am from India -Have a full time job. Learning to keep my body healthy .Love baking, browsing recipes , learning more about following Christ..Love watching movies and spending time with my best buddies
