35 lbs gone but 15 lbs came back

I did great on SparkPeople and lost 35 pounds! Then I had surgery and stopped working out for a few months. Then the holidays came and I ate whatever I wanted. Then before I knew it, 5 then 10 now 15 lbs. have crept back on in the past 12 months. Time to regroup and get back on track

My Goals:
Lose these 15 lbs. that crept back on.
Work out 3 times a week.
Be consistent with my eating habits so as to develop a lifestyle of healthy eating.

My Program:
Lower Carbs (no sugar, no white flour, nothing prepackaged such as chips, cereal, etc.)
Jazzercise 3 times a week
8+ glasses of water a day
1-2 lb. weight loss per week

REGUARDING YOUR COMMENT ON ADDING A FEATURE WHEN WE MESS UP BY PUTTING ALL OUR FOOD UNDER LUNCH FOR EXAMPLE AND BEING ABLE TO MOVE IT. I HAVE MADE THE SAME MISTAKE AND DISCOVERED THAT YOU CAN CLICK ON THE FOOD THAT YOU MAY HAVE MENT TO PUT FOR DINNER AND CHANGE IT BECAUSE THERE IS A WINDOW THAT POPS UP WHEN YOU CLICK ON IT SO YOU CAN CHANGE IT, TRY IT YOU'LL SEE WHAT I MEAN. GOOD LUCK
