My Goals:
My big goal is to see myself in the mirror and love every inch of myself. Along the way I want to train myself to run a 10k (for now, I try to go walking 3 times a week), lift 50 lbs (fitting in those weights!), and I always want to learn everything I can about living a healthy lifestyle. I'm just so excited to be putting this knowledge in to practice :D
My Program:
I lift dumbbells, skip rope and practice yoga 3 times a week. I also get out to walk whenever I can, and have also joined a 5k your way plan.
Other Information:
Never give up on something you can't go a day without thinking about.
