If you went off plan for one meal then I say that's a success. Wish I knew what the answer is in regards to staying on track during holidays. I too have chosen not to go out to stay on plan but that's no fun either. Ugh!
I'm sure we'll eventually figure out what works best for us. I have a feeling somewhere along this journey we will stumble across the answer.
