Breathing In Light

Well it was working but I stopped so now I am back at it. I have made progress and I am grateful. This year, I am more fit and healthy. Recent bloodwork was excellent but I am still heavier than I want to be. I just need to learn more about how to eat and what and when to eat.

Thanks Linda, for your encouraging comment on my page. I love your photo's and your pup looks quite lovable. We have a rescued dog we got about a year ago. Her name is Kelli. She is part Lab and part "something else". But she is such a sweet and loving dog. Only problem is she loves to dig up the entire back yard. We are learning how to dog proof our yard :) It is great to "meet" you :) Sounds like you are an extremely busy person and I wish you lots of luck on your continued weight loss! Debbie
