IT sounds like you are right where I am. I took off over a year, and just kept saying 'tomorrow'. Well, tomorrow is FINALLY here. So I'm looking forward doing this. I have seen first hand how terrible weight can affect a person as they reach their elderly years, and I don't want to be in that same boat. So glad to be doing this along side of you. I KNOW !!
