I am a person who has always been conscious of my health and weight, but lately have been off track. It is time to put my energy back into myself and my health...and it all starts now!!
I am 51 years old, and have been married 28 years. We have two wonderful boys, both grown and out on their own. My four cats provide endless hours of entertainment.

I live in Alvinston, in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, with my husband Mike and four cats. I have two grown boys who recently moved out and are living in a nearby city.

I am into energy medicine and alternative therapies. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and Quantum Touch Practitioner.
