I'm on it!
Well, thus far my journey has been slow and somewhat steady. I lost about 20 pounds then camped out for a while at that weight... then lost another 20 and camped out. Now it's to the last 30 and I'm ready to go.

My Goals:
To finally finish off this weight loss process and be at a place that feels like me instead of someone other then me.
My Program:
Power training and eating less. Basically doing 2 days of 2 2x15 or 2x20 intervals, several long days and a few recovery days. Looking to up my mitochondria.
