1. At least 10 mins. of cardio 1x per day (this has ended up being at least 15 mins. per day)
2. Eat something fresh 1x per day. (This one has been HUGE for me and a great change!)
3. Write in a journal once a day. I use the planner provided here at Spark and keep it private. It has been so good for me to write my thoughts - in ways I wouldn't have predicted.
I'm doing the 3 things listed above, plus using the nutrition tracker, and fitness tracker. For cardio, I mapped out a 3 mile route that starts and ends at my house. I was biking the route, but found it was a bit more of a workout to walk it and am walking a 15 min. mile. I do the strength exercises given to me by Spark on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Also - I don't eat after 7pm!

I did get that article! I posted a link on my blog today about strength training. How's it going for you? I am actually, factually afraid to weigh myself. Not because I've been slacking off, but because I've been working so HARD and I'm afraid that if I see that same gd weight again, I'm just going to buy a box of Ho-Hos and give up!
