A couple years ago, Sparkpeople helped me change my lifestyle and lose 45 pounds. It was not an easy task.

Then I got pregnant, kept up my healthy habits throughout my pregnancy but slipped considerably after my son was born. Despite my slip, through the magic of nursing I lost those 45 lbs all over again with hardly an effort.

Now I'm back again to get my portions under control, to get in the best shape of my life, and to make my health & body a priority for me. ...

My Goals:
Goal 1: To add fruits and veggies to my diet.

Goal 2: Incorporate exercise into everyday life.

Ultimately, get in the best shape of my life by my 30th birthday in February.

My Program:
Drink water and Skim milk nearly exclusively and constantly, incorporate exercise into daily life, add fruits and vegetables, portion control, instead of lunch have three healthy snacks throughout the day, add fiber, and cut sodium.

Personal Information:
I'm 29, married and have a son, and live in New York (state, not city). I love reading and crafting - crochet, cross-stitch, scrapbooking - and biking far & wide when the weather permits.

oh my gosh! i am the same way! and i have no clue how to measure myself either so i never do- i always think i might be pulling to tight and i have no idea where on my body is actually my hips and where exactly to put the tape measure lol! i am glad i am not alone on that! i actually need to get myself a new pair of motivational jeans-i dont have any that are to small right now-maybe next pay check i'll have to pick up a pair! thanks for the comment and good work on all that weight loss!
