I need a Drill Sergeant!

Gotta tighten and tone! I need the motivation so don't go easy on me.

My husband is getting in shape too, so that's a help- but men are different. It seems SO MUCH EASIER for them, doesn't it?? I need some girl power to keep me going sometimes, so any tips are appreciated!

My Goals:
Lose fat in that pesky area between my neck and my knees-

Tone up my lower bod and get great leg muscles-

My Program:
Getting over my sprained ankle now, so I am starting to run again, slowly!

Elliptical trainer 45 minutes, about 3 times per week. Power yoga 3 times per week, alternated with my Turbo Jam lower body workout. This is beginning to give me good results in the muscle tone of my legs and butt. Now I need to add core and arm work!

That is a great idea, exchanging the egg yolk for some hummus. I can imagine it being almost like a healthier deviled egg. I wonder if it would make a good egg salad, all mixed together. Hmmm....
Thanks for sharing! Im vegetarian so Im always looking for good sources of protein.
