Every Day is an Adventure !

I've lost 25 lbs and as of this May have kept it off for 1 year- I am so excited to have kept the weight off for a solid year and look forward to continuing on with this journey. I am fit, healthy, strong and finding news ways to challenge myself physically. Thank you Sparkpeople!

Thanks for the comments on one of my blogs.
Maintaining is a constant learning and adjustment thing with a lot of state of mind thrown in.
Continuing to track my food is a good thing as the maintenance lifestyle is always throwing curves in and it keeps me honest with myself.
