I recently got my first real job and moved to a new town. Now that I''m not working three jobs and going to school I'm having a hard time structuring my time. I can't seem to get motivated to workout. I'm really good at making excuses for not working out as hard as I can and really need to find some motivation to get my rear in gear.

My Goals:
For January:

Consistently "run" three times per week.

Be conscientious about drinking water and increase my intake.

Track workouts and food intake 3x a week.

My Program:
Work out or get moving most days a week through work out DVD, exercise ball routines or walking on the treadmill.

Continue on using the running program to be able to run the Cherry Creek Sneak without walking.
