I have always wanted to be a runner but finding out I have asthma put a temporary halt to that plan until I convinced my family to do a fun run with me. Now I am struggling with being back in school, cold weather and still trying to run so I can run a 10k in May. I'm really good at making excuses for not working out as hard as I can and really need to find some motivation to get my rear in gear.

For February:

Consistently work out three times week at the gym.

Be consistent about healthy eating habits during the week.

Track workouts and food intake 3x a week.

My Program:
Work out or get moving most days a week

Start running once a week so I can start training for my 10k!


Personal Information:
I would love a buddy! I don't necessarily need to lose weight but I do need start getting active so I can be healthy and feel good about myself.
