Fall twice, get up three times.

I'm 27 and I first joined SP because my weight has always fluxuated. Last year a friend my size lost 20 lbs and regained her confidence. It inspired me to lose 20 lbs myself...

Of which I promptly gained most.

So, I'm working on coming back to get it right this time... and the next.

I like feeling good and living healthily. But I'd like to look better, too. Sometimes life gets between me and healthy living, so I'm trying to teach myself the discipline to ...

Consistent work outs.

Hey there! How have you been? I was doing really well for awhile but have been very bad since mid-November. I gained 6 pounds back. Any advice for me for juggling grad school with work and exercise?????

I totally know what you mean!! I also feel so tired by the end of the day that all I want to do is lay on the couch. I've been FORCING myself to work out. Sheer willpower.
