Hi, My name's Erin and I'm trying to lose weight to feel better about myself and the way i look. My trouble is motivation because i am impatient. i want to see results right away and if i don't then I think it's not working. so motivation is always appreciated!
I just started grad school in August and it's super busy, but as of January 1st I decided to push myself and work on getting the body I've always wanted so I can feel comfortable in my own skin.

I'd like to work on my strength as I work on losing weight. Losing the fat is my priority though

My Program:
Burn at least 1300 calories a week (for now..I'll up it once I get in the habit of 1300 calories) with aerobic exercise...I love to mix it up: couch to 5k, elliptical, zumba, p90x cardio x

followed by strength training and core work

So I'm starting over again this week. Did really good today so far. Boyfriend even dragged me to the gym. He was good and showed me some different free weight things. Stuff I haven't done in like 10 years...strength training in high school. Hope you have a great week!

Thanks for the encouragement. Doing my best to get back on track this week! Went shopping on Saturday and got lots of fruits and veggies. Since I have the day off I'm gonna hit up Jazzercise in the am and pm. Hope all is well with you!

Hope you had a great week. Wanted to check-in, it's been a busy couple of weeks. Quick question, Don't you have the zumba for wii? If so do you like it and does it show the different moves? I have been taking the class a couple of times a week and love it! Take care emoticon Bailey emoticon

I have dropped to a size 6 pants size since starting the 30 Day Shred. I watch what I eat and live a healthy lifestyle. On February 1 I weighed 149 and when I weighed myself on 2/14 I had only lost 3 pounds. Even though I'm waiting to take my measurements until I finish the 30 Day Shred, I have noticed changes in my body, my arms & legs are a lot more toned. The 30DS is a hard workout! You do each level for 10 days, no breaks. I'm 6 days into Level 2 & it's hard, hard, hard!! Once I finish the 30 Day Shred, I'm moving onto Jillian's Extreme Slimdown which also looks really difficult!
