    Hi there! I've seen a few of your posts on the C25K Team boards, so I thought I'd drop you a quick hello! I'm also thinking about doing Week 4 over again just to do it outdoors -- I never expected the difference to be THAT obvious. Regardless, we're still moving forward! Keep up the awesome work!

    I completely understand not having time! I am a stay at home mom of 3 small children and my husband works as well as going to school to become a chiropractor. I have to workout when the kids are in bed or at least the baby so my husband can still work on school work. It's a big sacrifice to give up time I could be spending with him but I know the end results will be worth it :) I'll be a much happier wife and mother :) But you don't have to work out as much as I do to see good results. I think the Kristi approved program asks for 30-45 min of cardio at least 4 days a week. Is that's doable for you? The Kristi Approved plan is a book that you buy with recipes/meals plans and workouts to follow. You buy the food they tell you so if you're eating healthy already your grocery bill probably wont go up much. You can get a free 7 day trial here http://www.kristiapproved.com/seven_day_ch

    Thank you so much! I think it's been a combination of things that has helped me lose consistently. I eat clean (I'm following the Kristi Approved plan) and I work out at least 6 days a week usually a total of 12 hours a week. Which I know is extreme. But I do it because it's the only me time I get and it's something I really enjoy :)
