Hi, My name's Erin and I'm trying to lose weight to feel better about myself and the way i look. My trouble is motivation because i am impatient. i want to see results right away and if i don't then I think it's not working. so motivation is always appreciated!
I just started grad school in August and it's super busy, but as of January 1st I decided to push myself and work on getting the body I've always wanted so I can feel comfortable in my own skin.

I'd like to work on my strength as I work on losing weight. Losing the fat is my priority though

My Program:
Burn at least 1300 calories a week (for now..I'll up it once I get in the habit of 1300 calories) with aerobic exercise...I love to mix it up: couch to 5k, elliptical, zumba, p90x cardio x

followed by strength training and core work

Hey ERINKIMBERLY,

stumbled across your page from the 'Graduate and Professional Student Unite!' group and saw that you haven't had that much recent activity as of lately. Hope you're still keeping at it and progressing in your health goals.

I barely got a SPARK account not too long ago and since then really have been feeling the love and support from the community. Saw you're obtaining a M.sS. in marriage and family therapy and thought that was really cool. Yu must be really proud of all your accomplishments.

Eating raw can be more expensive if you dont try to stick with produce that is in season. I've been just using recipes I found online mostly for my raw recipes. I do have a book called Raw Energy that is really good. another good book is The Kind Diet my Alicia Silverstone. It's not raw but it does talk about it a little bit. Its vegan though :)
