With college, working in a restaurant, and a lack of excercise, I have become very out of shape and could lose 20lbs or so. My Goals:
I would like to lose 20-25 lbs, (I have lost 8 of those pounds so far), cook more often, pay attention to what I eat, successfully balance studying, work, excercise, and a social life.

My Program:
I am attempting to work out 120-150 minutes a week or burn 700-900 calories a week. My calorie range is 1200-1550.
