My Goals:
I'd like to finally lose all the pregnancy weight! And the between pregnancies and post-pregnancy weight. I'd love to get down to 150.

My Program:
I don't know if I'm counting calories or doing the No S Diet. I love the idea of the No S Diet, and I think it's what I want to end up doing. But in the meantime, counting calories is helping me to see what I'm really putting into my body.

Personal Information:
I live in Idaho with my husband and six children. I home school my kids and work as the accompanist for the high school choirs, which I love!

Thanks for you encouragement! It is taking me a while to get started, but I am hopeful that I can start slowly and just keep moving forward, even if the movement is slow like a glacier. :)
