Hey Erin. On the ModelMyDiet image that you settle on, just right click on the image and choose "Save Image As", then name it and save it. Then when your uploading photos on your spark page, select that image out of your own computer files. :-) I want to see what you came up with!
Hi Erin! Thanks for responding to my Thankkful blog. As for exercising in snow... I am blind and broke my leg slipping on ice, so I am all for exercising indoors during snowy and icy weather! I do the advanced walking DVDs and get free videos fro m jessicasmithtv.com. Also, fitnessblender.com. I like the walk/jog interval DVDs from Leslie Samsone... So, that is what I do! But, I've read that snowshoeing is an awesome workout! We dont get that much snow or I'd try it! Good luck and be careful! ~~Melissa
