The gym is not always the best place to work out - it's good to mix it up a bit. I'm jealous you get to walk in the Bay!! It's slowly becoming warmer here (Minneapolis), but certainly not as beautiful as an ocean view. Have you always lived there? I like the BB so far. I've had it less than a week, so still figuring out the balance. I LOVE to workout, so on workout days I tend to burn mega calories and not eat quite enough, then eat too much the next day (just wrote a blog about it). How long have you been using yours? Are you happy with it? As for running, I've been a runner for quite a while. I've done 5 marathons (full) and a bunch of halfs. I love to run. I don't have a "runners" body by any means, which just proves that anyone can do it. It just takes perseverance, patience, and the desire to do it. It's really more in your head than your legs.
