My Goals:
My goals are to create a new body that will be healthy and live long and my sons will learn how to eat to live and not live to eat .I do not want them to struggle. I have to re-wire my brain one day at a time.

My Program:
My plan is to eat fresher and smaller.I don't eat fried food, I cook all meals at home for my family I limit all the "white" food that my brains tells me I "need" My snacking now is apples or carrots or raw veg. I try to Treadmill everyday 1-2 miles (soon to be more )

Hi Erin~ This site will definately help you get (and stay) motivated! The people here (including me) are all in the same boat. You can do it Erin, one step at a time!
God bless you in your journey!

Hi Erin! I am fairly new around here also... and my BIGGEST problem is "staying motivated"... am looking for a "workout partner" to help me as we speak... (hey, you don't live in Tennessee, do ya?) LOL... I tend to let everything that's going "wrong" in my life... TOTALLY mess up and ruin things that are going "right" in my life (such as exercise and healthy eating)... I have Fibromyalgia along w/a coupla other things... so I can really relate to not having much energy to START with... but if you can put one foot in front of the other and walk... I'd say that's a good start... just try and make it consistent... go for endurance over speed (something I read)... anything over 20 minutes is supposed to really "kick in" the fat burning...? Sure I read that in ONE of these millions of health magazines I've got laying around here... haha...

Good Luck in YOUR SUCCESS!!! This is the BEST site I have EVER been to for this... and I know that I'm gonna be hanging around for quite some time!! We can do this!!
