    Hi Erin! I am fairly new around here also... and my BIGGEST problem is "staying motivated"... am looking for a "workout partner" to help me as we speak... (hey, you don't live in Tennessee, do ya?) LOL... I tend to let everything that's going "wrong" in my life... TOTALLY mess up and ruin things that are going "right" in my life (such as exercise and healthy eating)... I have Fibromyalgia along w/a coupla other things... so I can really relate to not having much energy to START with... but if you can put one foot in front of the other and walk... I'd say that's a good start... just try and make it consistent... go for endurance over speed (something I read)... anything over 20 minutes is supposed to really "kick in" the fat burning...? Sure I read that in ONE of these millions of health magazines I've got laying around here... haha...

    Good Luck in YOUR SUCCESS!!! This is the BEST site I have EVER been to for this... and I know that I'm gonna be hanging around for quite some time!! We can do this!!
