    Hi! Hope your having a good weekend! Almost over I know...they go too fast! Well Im having a good start today, weigh in day was successful again! Lost 5.6 this week, woohoo! Dont worry tho I know the big numbers at the beginning dont last, but still what a start! Im up to 11 lbs now, yay!
    Yesterday my daughter and I went to the city to shop for clothes, etc. I bought myself a new dress up outift for an upcoming wedding, Im actually pumped that it fits and is comfortable! Dont get me wrong Im not happy with my weight by no means, but when you actually strike gold and find something decent to wear for once its a good feeling! Im also getting my hair chopped and colored this tues so Im excited for that too! Its been so long since Ive treated myself like this, I can get used to it haha!
    Today I need to catch up on laundry (ugh) get groceries, and if my husband gets home at a decent time from work we might go to the pumpkin patch with our daughter, so that will be fun!
    What did you do this weekend? Hope you had some fun! Hows your weight loss coming? Keep pluggin away, we WILLLLL get there!

    Hey! Happy monday to you too! Well Ive just started getting back intot he swing of things like last week, so Im trying to start small in hopes of making some kind of habit and feeling like I accomplished something by not failing right off the bat! So last week I did just 10 mins a day on the treadmill, and then cut out junk food snacks etc. I actually lost 5 lbs! The weekend I got off track of course, but not HORRIBLY bad, and today is going good. This week Im upping the exercise to 15 mins a day(tho today I did 30 mins cause I actually felt up to it!), and still watchin the food intake. What routine are you working on? Great job on the hiking and getting out there! And yes I know the feeling of trying to keep up with kids! If only we had half their energy huh?! I really want to have a 2nd child so I really need to use this as motivation so I can! TIme to get back to work for me, have a great day! Keep in touch!

    Good fast break goals! Welcome to your new lifestyle. You have to make it a lifestyle for it to be your last first day, so c'mon, you can do it! Busy moms take care of everyone else, and sometimes neglect themselves. No more of that! Taking care of yourself is the best thing you can do for those 3 boys. You'll be able to do more, faster, harder, longer for them if you are healthy and fit. Incorporate them into your exercise and healthy eating--it can be a family affair! And you can all have fun as an active family. Add some of us as your friends, whistle when you need a boost, and You Go Girl!
