I think your advice has been the most relevant so far. I did myself a disservice by not reminding people in my blog that for right now, I'm using my fitness minutes to measure my success this month- not the scale, not the measuring tape, not even how my clothes fit. I'm aiming for 1000 fitness minutes this month. Just to show I'm being consistent and laying my foundation for the next six months.
I do have a wall calendar AND I have a weekly planner. I think you're correct in that I should just keep track of my minutes there! 1050 days ago
