I want to see what I'm really capable of...

After losing 65 pounds a couple years ago, I let my comfort (and a new relationship) get in the way of my goal. I have since gained all of the weight back (and then some!) causing health and behavioral changes, much to my chagrin. The buck stops HERE. I am ready and set to shed those pounds (PLUS SOME) and finally reach my ultimate weight loss goal.

I'm ready to feel as young as I am. Ready to fit into those hip hugger jeans. Ready to be able to wear a bikini for the first time in my life. Ready to be comfortable and confident in my own body. Where there is a will, there's a way!!!
