Health on the Horizon
Trying to get my act together while I am still relatively young. Would love to be able to play soccer and be as active as I was in high school and college. I have been married for 6 years now. Kids are somewhere in our future I am sure and I would like to get healthier before that happens. So here goes....

My Goals:
1. Track my eating 7 days a week. 2. Stay within my spark calorie guidelines. 3.Exercise of some kind (30 minutes) 6 days a week. 4. Feel good about myself again.
My Program:
Eating cleaner. At least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables daily. Cut down on the sugar and alcohol.
