I think I would do better if I got up before Rob (because I am sooo not a morning person when I first wake up) but he's up for work at 6AM and we don't go to bed early enough for me to get up before him! Maybe we can have a no-talking rule in place if we get up around the same time? emoticon

Unfortunately when I was numbing myself Erin, I was watching the wrong people. I had no idea how to live life the right way so I needed to learn quick. Once I got the handle on it, I now watch both sides of the spectrum. I loved your comment btw! Have a great weekend.

Your daughter will find her way. The hardest thing is the emotion that gets churned up for her being anxious and in you for trying to help her.
I know it's frustrating wanting to fix her but please understand that there is only so much you can do. Not all problems can be repaired from the outside.
I had my first panic attack at the age of 12. I missed a ton of school but managed to graduate. In college, I had to quit in the middle of my junior year and never went back. The torture of sitting in class with others was just too much for me then. I literally felt that I would die if I stayed.
I know you want your daughter to get help but it has to be how she can accept it. Good luck to you both, as I know the struggle you have ahead of you.
