Hello! I would LOVE to be one of your Spark buddies! I have a hard time staying motivated also, which is why my best friend thought it would be a good idea for me to write to her every single night before going to bed. That was I am held accountable every single day for the choices that I make. I find it also helps because I think that I would feel embarassed to have to write to her and say that I cheated all day...gives me a push all day long! Feel free to write to me all the time! I'm also a girl who likes goodies. So I give myself a reward with every 5 pounds that I lose. For every 5 pounds it's something small that won't break the bank...a small candle, a magazine, a jugo juice (healthy smoothie that I love but never want to pay for)...and for every 10 pounds it's something a bit more special like adding a piggy bank to my enormous collection, going to the cinema, getting a pedicure, etc. And then at the 25 pounds, I get a milestone goodie....dinner and a movie, shopping spree for new clothes, etc.
