My Weight Loss Journey

I am 28 years old and I've always struggled with my weight and have tried diet after diet. Now I feel like I'm finally in a place in my life where I can be successful this time around, focusing on a healthly lifestyle, instead of following a restricting diet. My overall goal is to lose 40 lbs, taking them 10 at a time.
