Tired of EXCUSES!!!

I'm finally taking eating healthy and staying fit seriously! I have lost close to 35 pounds in four months with just over 15 more pounds to go. I've gone from 270lbs to 170lbs back and forth and this time I'm staying put when I reach my goal! I am so motivated to share my success with others that I started personal training other women looking to make a change as well. I'm finally taking eating healthy and staying fit seriously! I have lost close to 35 pounds in four months with just over 15 more pounds to go. I've gone from 270lbs to 170lbs back and forth and this time I'm staying put when I reach my goal! I am so motivated to share my success with others that I started personal training other women looking to make a change as well. We meet 4-5 times per week for an hour to work out and talk (of course!). It is a great escape from life and in the mean time a great way to burn calories and tone up. Please feel free to ask me anything!

I am a Freshman volleyball coach. I have been playing volleyball since the 3rd grade. Some say I am in love with the sport, I'd say I was too! I will play indoor and outdoor (grass only, I hate sand). I try to play whenever I can, sometimes everyday of the week!!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 pounds. I have lost 35 so far! I have done this many times in my life, so my main goal is to keep it off for good. I want to learn to live healthy yet still be able to have self control with the foods I love! I know that I will NEVER give up my beloved shrimp pasta, but I have learned how to eat it and still lose weight and tone!

My Program:
I personal train a women's group 4-5 times per week for one hour. After that I run through my neighborhood for 20-40 minutes or I will do a 45 min cardio workout video at home. I only give myself one day off per week. On my off day I do 500 crunches. (4 sets of 25 every 3-4 hours)
I also play competitive volleyball 2-3 nights per week in addition to everything! You can NEVER have too much cardio...especially if you love shrimp pasta! You have to give up all those fatty favorites for at least 1 month and then gradually bring SOME (very few...those that you can't live w/o!) back in small portions. When things are stressing you out, take a brisk walk or a jog. Excercising is known to release "happy" juice in your brain!

Other Information:
THE book that got me on board was Harvey Walden IV: NO EXCUSES! I love that man! He will tell it like it is and let you know about yourself in the first paragraph! He gets right to the point and offers meal plans and excercises you can do in your living room in front of the TV! I can do a whole routine while watching Clean House! (my fav show!)
