I learned about this site while watching an interview on the Today Show. I got to the point where I was pretty fed up with how I felt, so I started working on getting back into shape after a long period of inactivity. Sparkpeople has helped me lose 40 pounds to date.

My Goals:
Lose at least 20 pounds in the next 3 months.
Work on overall strength
Get in better shape for the coming ski season


My Program:
I just started a 12 week fitness challange. I will be working with a trainer 2 times a week and trying to get in as much as possible on my own. I have started food tracking again.
