I am a huge foreign language dork. My adopted second language is German (noch nicht fließend aber ich suche immer Gesprächspartner) but sometimes I dabble in others when I get bored. I also play video games, read when I get the chance, listen to loud electronic music, and get crazy cooking in the kitchen.

I think this is probably the only place in the world that you could tell someone to eat more shrooms and its considered a good thing, haha. I'm going to put some in my eggs this morning. Hopefully it tastes good.

My goal is to be back out there in the future...not rushing back. With all the weight I've gained I'm struggling with being closer to 'square 1' than where I was 18 months ago.

We'll share that trail again!

And now that I've read through your comments, I shall comment again. The shoes are mizuno wave inspire 9. The inserts are from super feet. I've ran a mile twice this week, and then was informed that you aren't suppose to run every day. Oops, lol. So today I walked for 20 minutes and then did 20 minutes of the elliptical. I think. Something like that.

I probably wouldn't be Able to follow your strength plan.. I'm a weakling with bad knees, lol. And no disappearing again mister *shakes finger*
