I'm Eric, former couch potato and slowly reforming junk food addict. Weight and I have a decades-long bone to pick. We're not on the best of terms. I've spent so much of my life allowing weight not only to dictate what I can and cannot do, but to define me. Enough is enough. Onward.

Work out a lot, mostly running, and eat enough to fuel that while also losing a humble amount of weight (a pound a week is great.)

I am a huge foreign language dork. My adopted second language is German (noch nicht fließend aber ich suche immer Gesprächspartner) but sometimes I dabble in others when I get bored. I also play video games, read when I get the chance, listen to loud electronic music, and get crazy cooking in the kitchen.
