I am day 2 of being back to proper diet and exercise after too many excuses, nights on the couch and nachos. Sad to say I regained almost all of my weight (got back up to 220) so I'm hoping to get myself turned around and get back to working hard and losing weight! Hope you're doing good and kicking butt!!
