No fast food. Cut out sweets (thanks to my boyfriend I now crave them).
Having a child it limits my time to spend hours in the gym, I go on pinterest a lot to find quick workouts I can do while my son naps. When he goes to sleep I try to knock out some cardio as often as I can. Plan on being more disciplined in that area.
