I'm getting married August 8, 2009, and I want to be in the best shape of my life on my big day. I am a full time graduate student and a mom to 2 beautiful girls, ages 8 and 10. I'm a healthy weight, but I need to get into shape and eat better. I tend to overeat when I'm stressed, bored, tired, etc. and I'm looking for buddies to talk to when I need to avoid this behavior. I also need motivation to get back into exercising.
