My Goals:
The small picture goal is to lose 20lbs by Christmas!

The bigger picture is to lose 100lbs and I have no day to lose it by. Just hoping to do it 20 at a time!


My Program:
The program I'm using is a serious focus on pre-planing mostly gluten and dairy free meals on Sunday night for my entire week. I'm not giving anything up forever. I'm just planning each day ahead so I can take most of the guess work out of the equation.

For exercise I'm doing whatever I can! I work 50 - 60 hours each week so I am aiming for 3 days a week at the gym.

Hi Erica!! Thank you for your nice comment! I actually have "plateaued" for the past several months due to A LOT of traveling and indulging. I broke the 200 mark but gained 15 pounds back this summer. Now I'm tiptoeing the 200 mark again - I want to defeat it for good!! Glad to see you back on Sparkpeople, hopefully we can motivate each other!
