Not getting any younger! But maybe healthier :)

Back again after yoyo'ing back up once again. Last attempt was with Weight Watchers--which is an awesome plan--but too expensive for me. And ultimately, I didn't even stick with it.

I've enlisted my roommate to hold me accountable. I report to her my weight and activity each day. I hope that helps me. So far so good (after only 2 days).

Really sick of yoyo'ing and I wish I could be excited when friends pull out their cameras. Instead I dread it. Because none of them ...

4. Report my activity to my roommate daily.

My Program:
Keep track of my foods on sparkpeople.com, report my weight and activity to my roommate, cardio 4 days per week, strength exercises 2 days per week.
