Making It Happen

Two years ago I had been using Sparkpeople faithfully tracking my diet and exercise routine. I lost 60lbs and went from completely inactive to running two full marathons! I felt great about my lifestyle and my body.

Fast forward to post-baby. I haven't put all the weight back on but it seems like 25lbs are here to stay unless I get back on the wagon... so here I am.

Here are my mini-goals/ rewards:

1. Out of the 170's- Manicure & Pedicure

3. Out of the 160's- Massage

4. Out of the 150's- New outfit (I'll need it at this point lol)

5. Half Marathon by the end of 2015 regardless of weight... who needs a reward for this? :)

I know what you mean about be excited to run again. Or how running just makes you feel like yourself again! I stopped running for a month and Today was my first day back at the gym and I wanted to started slow and during my walking warm up I just got a bit of a reminder of what that emoticon runner's high felt like and I went for it.. mind you I stopped at a mile 11 mins (gotta start slow... I injured myself by over doing it in the past) but it felt FANTASTIC! emoticon Again congrats on your great news emoticon good luck with your training. Are you doing a full or half? I completed a half marathon back in May it was FUN!
