Every year I make a resolution to lose weight and every prior year I haven't made it past the first week. I have a different attitude this year that I have to do this for me and no one else. My weight is coming off very slowly but it's coming off. I have some major stressors happening in my life in the next few weeks so I need to get a good grasp on my weight before I head totally out of control both emotionally and physically.
2012 is going to be a fantastic year when it comes to our weight loss goals!!!
