- Under 2000 kcal/day
- NO fast food, alcohol, fried food, MSG, HFCS, carbonated drinks or artificial sweeteners, and as few white/refined starches as possible.
- As close to 8 hours of sleep as possible.
- SMALL piece of chocolate once a day (gotta stay sane!)
