Runnin' On

I'm 27 years old, enrolled full time in school and work part time. I have a 7 year old daughter who is also very active, so needless to say I am slightly busy and do not have much free time.
My lifestyle goals and fitness plan include going to the gym right after class where I run on the treadmill. Right now I am at 4-6 miles at a 10 minute mile pace, but I hope to work up to 8-10 miles at a fast pace. After I graduate in May I would like to be in shape enough to run another marathon. I ...

I strength train usually 2 days a week, either at the gym, or I have the p90x videos that I do at home.

My Goals:
I would love to:
-finish a triathalon
-run a marathon in under 6 hours (slow I know)
-lose another 30 pounds
-I want to wear a swimsuit with confidence!
-finish medical school and find work somewhere WARM!

My Program:
I have zero free time, so I take my podcasts and notes from school to the gym, and study while I workout. This usually makes my workout go faster! And this way I can get my studying in too.
